Hello,
I booked a hotel through Expedia, but the conditions were not as described. The pool was advertised as on-site, but it was a 15-minute walk under the hot sun. The room did not match the photos — it was outdated, smelled heavily of chlorine, and had visible rust and poor hygiene.
We called Expedia support within 1–2 hours of check-in, informed you that we were leaving, and requested a refund.
Now we are told that the hotel refuses to refund, but we were misled by your listing.
Please escalate this claim. We are requesting a full refund due to false advertising and unsanitary conditions.
Photos and documentation are available.
