It was nice and quiet with nice breakfast and friendly staff. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a great place to use as a base. Lots of eating options nearby. We were happy we stayed here.

A big Aeon mall nearby. The room was nice, but parking is the lifting system which you had to make sure to take everything you need out as it's not quite convenient to ask them to bring your car down for you just to get stuffs.

The room provides enough desk and chair but this also makes the room feels not spacious. The on site paid parking is difficult to understand how to use when you arrive for the first time and in late evening when there is no parking staff at the entrance. More signs in English would be helpful.

아사히카와 비에이 투어 호텔로 딱입니다

온천에 사우나도 있고 조식도 맛있고 위치는 너무너무 좋습니다. 단점은 방에 조명이 좀 어두운편이고 화장실이 너무 작습니다. 그래서 아침 저녁으로 온천을 객실 샤워실처럼 이용했네요^^ 참고로 호텔 1층에 매점도 있고 가까이에 세븐일레븐 로손 거기다 이온몰이 있습니다.

チェックイン: タイミング悪く10人以上待っており、セルフチェックインできればと思いました。待っている間、チェックイン後何人か外国人が質問に戻ってきていてそれも時間がかかる原因かなと思いました。チェックインと質問対応できる人が別々にいるといいなと思いました。 スタッフ: 朝食時ホテルシェフの方からの挨拶がとてもフレンドリーだった事、フロント、客室スタッフの方々、みなさんとても感じ良かったです。 朝食: スープカレーやどれも美味しかったです。オムレツも目の前で作ってくれます。 大浴場: 清掃が行き届いており、朝風呂時太陽の光が入り清々しい気分でお風呂を楽しめました。 清掃: 滞在中部屋の掃除はお断りしたのですがタオルなどは毎日ドアノブにかかっておりありがたかったです。 他: 泊まった階は静かでしたが、時々咳や物音が聞こえたのでもし誰かと泊まっていた場合話し声など筒抜けの可能性もあるのかなと少し心配になったのと部屋の温度調節ができないので私には部屋が少し暖か過ぎました。部屋では薄着で大丈夫でした。 イオン直結のホテルも便利で良かったですがここもまた泊まりたいと思いました。
