A few friends and I stayed to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent — something not many places can match. The reception was warm and welcoming. Debbie, in particular, was efficient, offered great suggestions for evening activities, and delivered her service with a genuine smile.

Really really lovely, comfortable accommodation, great location, easy access, friendly and very helpful staff. If I'm back in Birmingham this place would be the first I would be looking at. Much more comfortable than usual hotel room, very comfortable bed, kitchenette well equipped, nice and spacious.

A last minute booking which turned out to be an excellent choice. Great location, parked outside the door for free (parking charges do apply at certain times however), a great welcome and an excellent studio room.
