The stay was good catered to everything we needed. The only down side was the room sizing the rooms are quite small and I don’t think this is made clear enough for guest. While the sizing is displayed explain or just some simple text to let guest know this would be great to avoid any surprises.

Internet service was good. The breakfast was nice I did like the option of customizing the eggs. But some items could use improving especially with the pancakes and the potatoes. A waffle maker would be a nice addition and smaller cuts of potatoes.

The check-in was easy. Teh hotel kept our luggage while we went out. The breakfast was really good!! The wait staff at the restaurant was very rude. Every time we went down. At times there was a long wait till she acknowledged us. The room was for three people and we only had two towels and rags. Two beds and only bedding for one. The room was clean and we had a great view of the Empire State Building.

The room was clean, but it was disappointing there was not a place to put our clothes except for our hanging things so we lived out of our suitcase. There was definitely space to put a small cabinet with drawers.I would’ve appreciate it some heavier bed linens as it was cold. The breakfast was definitely nice.
