This is a modern hotel with a helpful and efficient staff. We were able to get suggestions, book tours, schedule taxis, and get any help we needed from the excellent front desk staff. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Mayan shopping mall.

The hotel is super super noisy You car hear people talking on the street and when asking for an other room u hear people screaming at the pool area ! Called reception to tell them to be more quiet ! They smile say yes ! But they didn’t do anything ! So one of the famous Thai smile is the hypocrisy one ! Otherwise the breakfast was good but the REAL service needs to be updated and be more caring for clients then just the money u bring in
