The facilities were clean. Our room was a bit small but was clean. There was a dining area that had free coffee, snacks and juice. The staff was helpful and friendly! This was a good budget friendly option for us. To get to the subway, it’s a few blocks away, not too far. Surprisingly, I didn’t spot a 7 near us, but a lot of shops around.

Very friendly staff, great location for shopping and dining. Only negative was no parking, my friend came to visit and was not able to find any parking space and the hotel didn't have parking. Hotel gave information about a parking lot few blocks away. Can park and walk about 8 minutes is what the hotel said.

If you’ve ever stayed in a holiday inn express in the U.S., this hotel is basically there in quality. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s not the hilton. If you’re looking for a place that has helpful/friendly staff, transportation ease of accessibility, and an affordable price, then this is it. Our room had some cosmetic wear and tear that was obvious, but again, we’re shooting for the affordable that isn’t a motel 6. I’d recommend for anyone who’s looking for the above things and don’t have their expressions set to hilton/marriott status.

Stay for 10 days. Have been changed for 4 rooms. First room, full of dust in the corner. Pipe in the washroom broke, water burst and the toilet and whole room was flooded.. Very disappointed with their arrangement! Physical mental and mental torture whole night. Not sincere and apologise especially the manager. Only certain staff attend in respectful manner. Bad odour in the third room when first open the room. Very bad odour in fourth room, especially after shower, stink toilet smells from the drain spreading all over the room. It was happened again after complaints. Poor impression for my Taipei trip.
