Nice resort but parts under construction and loud
The all inclusive treatment with waiting for bills and signing is pretty confusing. I felt many times it was inconvenient. The main breakfast venue was nice but wait times varied significantly whether 8/9/10 am. Surprisingly the best food was at the sport bar and the fine dining at the Italian option was lackluster with quality of food. I would never justify paying full price for the dining options or alcohol there except the view was nice. Flies landing on your food also not helpful.
What was frustrating is that the resort had parts under construction / repair in the jacuzzi area where there is a little bridge and there are hard wires sticking out because the bridge is in bad shape. For children swimming under, they would get close to the metal rods sticking out and is clearly a hazard no one cares about.
The staff is very nice and service was good otherwise. The concierge will also surprise you with extra taxes and fees when checking out. Apparently taxes for wifi are a thing.
