TERRIBLE ATTENTION! NO RESPECT!
The place was ok. The bathroom is shared with the other room on the floor and is outside the room.
I never received the e-mail with the instructions about the keys and how to get inside the building. I waited outside in the cold and the man who answered the call (He never showed. There's no reception) repeated over and over that I should read that e-mail with the instructions. First he told me he didn't speak English, so he only spoke German. I called him again to explain him (in german) that I was at the door. He never found my confirmation e-mail. That's what he said to me. Anyway, finally he spoke me in PERFECT ENGLISH and said to me how to get inside and how to collect the keys. It took him 15 seconds of his time. But he didn't want to do it when I called him the first time. I paid for a room and he treated me like he was doing me a favor!!!
Next time, hire someone who's interested in doing their job well and treating guests with respect.
