Book a specific room and confirm it. Rm210
For starters, this is one of the types of facilities that you want to book a certain room not the hotel General reservation. Since this is a group of many buildings to it, and the quality of the room goes from a very basic room to a nice luxury room.
We booked a room for five and luckily the manager was on site during check-in to move us to a room that would fit our family. Our first room was way too small.
Reason for removing one star removed because the Wi-Fi did not work. The AC would not cool and TV wasnt working. We reported this at time of check-in and no maintenance arrived. We called the After Hours phone number. Nobody answered. Second day we checked on status, no work order. During our stay Wi-Fi never worked. AC had trouble keeping up with the high heat. We did figure out how to make TV to work. Requires input to be HDMI .
I removed the second star as the building we were in the bathroom windows are clear glass. The shades were broken. There was no curtain. I was surprised to have a man start talking to me while I was in the shower outside by a window. I had small children with me. See photos.. Management was notified and they stated they would address the issue. Something that should've been addressed long time ago.
Breakfast is basic. Facility was clean. Location is perfect.. staff was friendly, but overwhelmed by the number of clients during check-in.
For a family of five we were paying over 500 per night. You pay for location.
