The room was clean and had everything you needed for the first time. There is a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. The room did not have a balcony, next time I will only take one with a balcony. There are several points that require cosmetic repairs.

The opposite of South Beach

The location is great for families in that it's far enough from the craziness of South Beach but close enough if you desire it. There are plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacies, and a grocery store within walking distance. The condos are very roomy and modern with a kitchen. The 2 pools and spa are of adequate size to accommodate plenty of guests. The valet is convenient if you use it before 11PM. Overall the room was clean, spacious, and modern with an outstanding ocean and city view but it could use a new coat of paint.

The AC on this Miami condo stopp ed working and I request the operating company Churchil over the next 2 days to get it fixed. On the third day as I was checking out I asked for compensation. And they offered to send the maintenance guy to get it fixed one hour prior to checkout time

It was my first time at Monte Carlo and I loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. You are welcomed with complimentary snacks and the apartment has the largest and nicest towels I've ever seen in hotels as well as super nice sheets. The management company was very responsive and pleasant and helped me with getting extra sheets, extending my stay, etc. The property and amenities are amazing, including a lounge area, two swmming pools, exclusive entrance to the boardwalk and beach. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. It's fantastic. I'll definitely come back and bring family and friends!

The main pool on the ground floor was closed our entire time there. The pool on the 5th floor was open but that pool you can't actually swim in due to it being so shallow. The pool goes from 1ft to basically 3ft deep. The reason I chose this property was for the main pool. Should have been notified prior so I could have chosen another property to stay at. Also will never go through Global Luxury again.

BEWARE!!! Not LUXURY ! The bed was like a hammock, they never came to check the living room TV which didn’t work, the bathroom was small with no counter space, we had to walk thru the garage to get to the beach and no restaurant. And extreme difficulty in checking in as reservation missing…had to pay for another room and have waited for over 30 days for a refund from the first reservation which was canceled. Avoid Global Luxury Suites like the plague
