When we arrived, check in was okay. I was charged more than what I was supposed to be charged but I couldn't get them to understand that the amount I was supposed to pay, and the amount I was paying, was different numbers. I ended up paying about $100 more. We walked in the room and the bathroom door looked like the room had been flooded but the door wasn't changed or repainted. The a/c worked well. The bed didn't have a blanket on it, only 2 sheets. I didn't complain cause I could adjust the room temperature. There was no daily cleaning, or any room cleaning for that matter. 2 towels for both of us. When we used those 2 towels, we had to go to the front desk and exchange them, provided they had clean towels. We opened a new roll of toilet paper, it had mold on the toilet paper but not on the wrapping itself. When you ran out of toilet paper, or close to it, you had to go to the front desk and ask for another roll because no daily cleaning. You take out your trash and, if needed, you ask for a new trash bag. I didn't experience bed bugs but did see roaches a couple times, and mice outside the hotel. I witnessed some guests going through a suitcase outside their room that I believe may have been stolen. It was at night, one man had rubber gloves on going thru the suitcase, another younger man holding a flashlight, and a lady looking inside occasionally. We made sure to lock everything up when we left our room. I dealt with all this but I wouldn't do it again!
