Everything about this hotel is so charming! The staff and accommodations are very welcoming with amenities that are designed to make you feel at home. There is a little amenity station where you can pick up anything you might have forgotten plus some extra bath care products to make the in-room tubs extra relaxing! The breakfast buffet was my go-to every morning. The selection was varied enough that by the end of my 6 night stay I was still trying something new each time. Even though my Japanese is very limited, the staff were very friendly and always looking for ways to help when asked. There's so many corners to this hotel that I didn't get to explore but looked like fun: karaoke, a manga corner, a wellness room, and plenty of spaces for kids to play if you're coming here with family. Every day I looked forward to coming back to the hotel so I could relax after sight seeing and every night there was something fun to discover. There's curry on the first floor lounge at night and ramen on the buffet floor. Plus there's always free drinks available no matter what time of day it is. All of it was delicious! I really wish my stay had been longer just so I could explore more of the hotel. As a solo traveler, this was a great place to stave off loneliness because there's always something fun around the corner to explore here. Thank you to the staff for such an incredible first time. I can't wait to come back!

Short walk to station. Staff not quite fluent with English. We had a medical condition and needed to get to hospital or clinic and the reception struggled to understand and support us. I adored the location of this hotel. Tennoji felt like a second home to me as I was travelling solo for the first time. I’d HIGHLY recommend staying in this hotel as it is in such a convenient location to the subway station and surrounding areas not only felt extremely safe but also a really beautiful park and close by to several beautiful locations.

ホテルは観光のために泊まるところというイメージがありましたが 子供も大人も楽しめフリードリンクや小さいながらもゲームセンターや子供向けの遊具、岩盤浴や漫画コーナーがありアメニティも豊富で飽きることなくチェックアウトまでしっかり楽しむことができました 部屋の空きが出たからと無料で子供向けの部屋にグレードアップもしていただきスタッフの対応もよく満足の行く観光ができました

キッズスペースがあるため、飽きることなく遊ぶことができ、こどもは大満足でした。 ご飯はキッズコーナーがあり、火傷しないように常温での提供でこどもに対しての配慮がすごく良かったです。 スタッフさんも親切で笑顔でいい思い出ができました。 有り難うございました。

サービスがすごい！！ またお酒飲み放題も見張られてる感じもなくのんびり好きなだけ飲める！ 一階と三階で飲み物の種類も違うので楽しめる^_^ 天王寺駅初めておりましたが栄えてて便利！りくろーもありました！土地も高くなさそうなので我が家は住みたいねと話してました！笑
