In dem großen Kasten kommt man sich fast verloren vor. Besonders dann, wenn das Personal sehr "zurückhaltend" ist. Mehr Gästeinformation wäre hilfreich. Die Lage - reines Gewerbegebiet - bietet wenig Möglichkeiten. Wohl eher für Tagungsgäste geeignet. Das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet versöhnt allerdings. Preis-Leistung daher ok.-

Während meines letzten Aufenthalts wurde mein Zimmer trotz mehrfacher Zusagen Ihres Teams nicht gereinigt. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass ich nach langen Arbeitstagen abends jedes Mal persönlich zur Rezeption gehen musste, um auf den Zustand meines Zimmers aufmerksam zu machen. Dieser wiederholte Ablauf war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch unzumutbar für einen Hotelgast. Ich bitte Sie daher, diese Angelegenheit zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass solche Vorkommnisse in Zukunft vermieden werden. Tolles Hotel mit engagierten freundlichen Personal

Ich kann keine der negativen oder mässigen Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Allein die abendliche Ankunft war schon einladend, der innenhof mit Tischchen,Laternen und Deko wirkte einladend, die gemütliche Lobby war ähnlich gestaltet. Freundliche Begrüßung mit angemessenem Smalltalk, anschließend bekamen wir zwei schöne Zimmer. Das Standart Zimmer war modern mit einem französischen Bett das durch den Einbau in die Ecke, den kleinen Raum durchaus großzügiger erscheinen ließ. Möbel in heller Buche tragen auch dazu bei. Bad war angemessen groß und sehr sauber. Das zweite Zimmer war ein Executive -Raum der wirklich großzügig und sehr modern und schick gestaltet war. Dunkle Möbel, ein tolles hohes Bett mit hervorragenden Matratzen, ein großes Bad, ein dunkler glatter Fußboden ohne Teppich was mein Wunsch war als Allergiker und große Schränke ein toller Fernseher sowie eine Kitchenette mit Kühlschrank Mikrowelle und einem Wasserkocher. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig so wie das ganze Hotel tatsächlich nicht hellhörig ist. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, tolle Auswahl, viel guten Käse, Salate, Tomate Mozzarella, kleine Salate und vieles mehr und hervorragenden Kaffee ich hätte zwei Stunden frühstücken können wenn es meine Zeit zugelassen hätte Punkt dazu kommt sehr freundliches Personal im Frühstücksbereich. Ein echter Kritikpunkt ist für mich allerdings das Restaurant. Ich verstehe das große Lob das teilweise im Internet ist nicht wirklich. Zwar war die Pizza okay, aber mehr auch nicht.

Das Preise war ganz gut, die Leistung dafür auch. Leider etwas laut, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie sind gerade dabei das wieder nach oben zu Puschen.
