After booking and paying in advanced a particular room when I stayed in July 24 for my Nov 24 holiday I arrived after an 18hr flight to be told my room was taken. After speaking to the manager over the phone and telling him I was going to post pictures of the room they had given me for the first night on Bali bogans and cancel my booking was the mistake rectified. Once we received the original room that was booked everything was ok. Small hotel, warm pool and basic breakfast. Stayed twice and won’t stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Kusnadi. Rooms are basic, but clean, with a comfortable bed, and good air conditioner. Pool is fantastic, and restaurant is unbelievably cheap, but great quality food.

Very nice staff and the renovated rooms are also great! Prices are also fantastic. I’ll be back again and I don’t often say that about places in Bali. It was actually better than the pictures. Only slight issues was the kitchen was understaffed and it took 1.5hrs to get dinner one night. Every other night we got the food within 30 minutes. Not an issue! Will book this place again and tell all my friends.

Very good value. Staff, pool, grounds all well maintained. Once in hotel grounds you felt to be in a quiet (Legian standard) away from the hussle and bustle but out the door and there you are, shops,restaurants and close to beach. Our penthouse had great rooftop views of sunset. Breakfast a little slow to restock and limited. Staff seemed unaware of options taken. Ie Breakfast included but they said not.. so just make sure you have all that on your paperwork or downloaded

We love the Kusnadi, So quiet and convenient. Traditional style, with squirrels and geckos roaming around. Close to the beach, shopping and other places to eat if you need a steak fix. Not usually a family hotel so the pool hasn't got a heap of kids running around, relaxing place to chill after a day out.

The place has a beautiful pool and garden. It used to have the most friendly staff I had met and now it is a struggle to get anyone to help with your bags, bring you coffee or tea at breakfast or any of that basic stuff. This stay was the second time I have had to request that they put clean sheets on the bed upon check in as they were visibly dirty. For the money you pay it's good value, its just not a good of a place as it used to be.
