Really would of been nice to know that the whole place is under construction! For what i paid to stay here and no lobby to sit in, pool area was destroyed, breakfast room was shoved into a room, hallways were being painted so i had to maneuver around everything. Good breakfast, excellent location, comfortable beds. Would have liked to have a heads up about the painting/renovations. Cleanliness was notably down because of that. Would have liked a discount for hearing painter’s music at pre-8AM hours and being in a construction zone for the whole 6-day stay.

The hotel was under construction. There were tarps and painters and ladders everywhere. I had to navigate a giant luggage cart down a hall filled with people painting and the smell of paint. I should've been told this before I made the reservation

Under construction, did not have the type of room we reserved available and tried to sell the room they did put us in as an upgrade, the pool was closed for half the stay due to construction outside, the hot tub was dirty, the pull out sofa was uncomfortable, the inside of the building was dingy. The evening staff was often not available and “short” with guests. The daytime staff was good and the breakfast was reasonable. Overall, mildly disappointing stay.

It was a great stay. We especially enjoyed the cookies and cocoa bar in addition to the indoor/outdoor pool. The staff was super friendly and it was a very comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean and housekeeping came daily to tidy up.
