Convenient location right near the main station and walkable (or metro right outside) into the city centre. Room was nice and modern, clean and good temperature. However was a little on the cramped side, and amenities limited (one towel, no fridge/coffee etc.). Also wish the AC was not so loud in the night. But overall I had a good few nights sleep and would stay again!

Convenient but poor quality sleep

Conveniently situated close to the Milan Central train station. Rooms were clean however our shower and sink both leaked, so had to limit the shower times otherwise it would flood the floor. The doors were very thin and we could hear everyone checking in late until 11pm, and could also hear the lift doors banging open and closed every time someone used it, which kept waking us up.

One night in Milan

Just had the one night. Late arrival after midnight but let in by remote, no problem. Early departure left card by reception before 8am (details on line say 7am to midnight but its 8am to midnight). Easy access to Milan Central Railway station and city transport links. Room was clean well presented. Would book again.

Nice little hotel and well located.

It’s a surprising really nice hotel! You could leave cups to drink water but only that little detail. It’s not clear that the hotel is inside of a corporate building or something like that. You should give better instructions how to arrive.

This hotel was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Italy. Located in front of the Central Station, it gives the opportunity to easily move by any means of transport to the places of interest in Milan. Its facilities are updated and very modern. Beautiful rooms that have nothing to envy of a high-class hotel. The attention of the person at the front desk was beyond extraordinary! They provide breakfast service if you give them advance notice.

Very convenient for Centrale station and comfortable bed, decent shower etc. It’s a slightly strange set up as it is on the first floor of what feels like an office or residential building, and there are limited facilities etc but for a short stay I would recommend it. You can get the Metro from Centrale to all the main sites, and it’s very quick. I stayed overnight and had a morning to explore and was able to walk around a lot of the key sites.

Convenient near Central Station

Milan very near the station which is good 3-5 min walk. Very clean-sterile. Helpful guys at reception.You have to ring bell from street when first arrive. Does not look like hotel from Street a little disconcerting. Hotel on first floor. There is a lift. We felt safe.

The room was clean and modern, but very dark and not user-friendly. The desk clerks were wonderful, however, and if it wouldn’t have been for Audrey’s patience and kindness, we would have had difficulty finding the building the “hotel” is located in. Although very close and convenient to Milano Centrale, our GPS lost connection at the train station, and Audrey guided us to the hotel. After traveling for over 24 hours, she was a godsend. The coffee service in the morning was also appreciated, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is convenient but there are many others around. The entrance reeks of urine outside. While the area is vibrant and i felt very safe, will rather stay in other bigger hotels nearby. When we arrived, i was told i had to pay more even though i booked a triple room and the receptionist said that as I didn’t declare my child to be above 2 , i had to pay 30 euros extra. I refused as I already felt I overpaid for such a small and expensive accommodation. He was nice and sorted out the confusion and apologised about it later. Needed only one night to sleep; not ever staying here again.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early without having to wait for the designated time. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Milano Centrale train station, making it very accessible. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciate you letting us store our luggage after check-out and allowing us to relax until it was time to head to the train station.
