Fantastic location in every sense for dining, shopping, access to Kansai Airport, etc. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Concierge service was also excellent in securing and recommending dining options. Would definitely recommend the Osaka Marriott Miyako and will stay here again on our next visit.

Efficient check-in and front desk staff did communicate well on English. Bell service was minimal, when we went out for dinner and asked them to get a taxi, they told me to queue at taxi stand at Tennoji Station! Concierge desk was closed but the Team Manager managed to reserve one restaurant for us.

The hotel is stunning. The room was gorgeous and the service staff was so polite and kind. I would have given it perfect score except for the parking and transportation access We took the taxi from the station to the hotel. There were no help at the place we were dropped off which is at the parking area or taxi area. When we checked out, there was minimal help with getting a taxi to go to the airport with our luggages. We took our luggage down to level 1 and qeued at the taxi line in the streets. Maybe it was a language issue but we did not have any problem with our other hotels in Japan for this trip The dining experience was top notched and the room service was great including the breakfast area. I was disappointed at the glitches but it was a bit annoying as I expect more for this level of Marriott establishment. The service needs a bit more work on that level but everyone was kind and nice, trying their best but I can see that the workflow has some barriers.

The NO.1 place to stay in Osaka in my mind

This is our fourth (or fifth) time to stay at this hotel, and it is also our first choice when visiting Osaka again after four years. The hotel celebrates its tenth year this year, and the overall feeling is still like a brand new hotel, which is maintained with great care. This time we still chose to stay in our favorite room 3819. It feels like a brand new one, not a bit old. I believe the hotel is very attentive to maintaining the cleanliness of the room. During my stay of 8 days and 7 nights, the room was clean and well-maintained. Even if there are occasional supplies missing, they will make it up immediately if you leave a message. Even though the staff is friendly and courteous, there are some services that have been simplified (like helping with luggage、no tickets to the observation deck included etc.). In general, this hotel is still an excellent choice due to its excellent location, clean facilities, and outstanding service.

タクシーでホテルに到着したところから、誘導もスムーズで素晴らしく、チェックインもスムーズに出来ました。 お部屋は広くとてもキレイで、ガラスもきれいに磨かれていて景色が最高に綺麗に見えました。 パジャマとガウンの用意もきちんとあり、アメニティもしっかり揃ってました。 バスクリンもあって、良かったです。 有料ミニバー（冷蔵庫内）の他、無料の水や緑茶と紅茶とハーブティーのティーバッグ、それからネスプレッソコーヒーマシーンとカプセルもあり、色々と味わえてリラックス出来ました。 インルームダイニングもお願いしましたが、夜食も、朝食もとても綺麗で味も美味しく、良かったです。 あべのハルカスという素晴らしいところでもあり、とても満足出来る良いホテルで、また大阪に行く際に宿泊したいと思います。

Definitely an excellent place to stay!

Second time staying at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Everything here is excellent - customer service is top tier and location is so very convenient. Many places to eat and shop and with the train station being below the hotel this cannot be beat.

Le personnel est extrêmement serviable. La chambre était fantastique avec une vue imprenable du 41ème étage sur Osaka. Hotel par ailleurs très bien situé (parc, shopping, transport...). On frolait la perfection. !

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
