Clean room and bathroom and nice staff
Roger, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean, with staff cleaning room daily. Good location at very base of Long Hill up to Sacre Coure, walkable.
Anthony, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

The rooms are in dire need of repair. Poor sleep due to outside noise. It feels as we were outdoors. However, the staff we have dealt with was accommodating.

2/10 Poor

So much mould in our room due to shower leaks and rotting carpet. Smallest bathroom, could hardly close the door if you were inside. Fantatic location.
Blue, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff was very nice and helpful. Carpet not very nice, extra bed broken, shower leaked. Location was ok. Just old and would really benefit from remodeling. But, was a lower price and we made it work.

Old hotel in a great spot

Great location however it is a tired hotel in need of some TLC.

The staff were cooperative and responsive. The room was clean but, the shower door was broken. The toilet tissue holder was broken. However, with the price, i would say its overall okay
Nikita, 2-night trip

Convenient and easy and friendly.

6/10 Good

It's a very old property. The rooms were too small for a queen size bed. No air conditioning. When inquired about it, we were told that Expedia was notified about it but the latter has not removed it from their website. There were electric fans. The staff were good and very accommodative.
Arularasu, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The room that we had was very hot, we had a fan to cool it down, that helped to some extent. Room carpet is worn out, the walls have stains of water damage and there is no shower cabin, just the shower head fixed to the wall; whenever the shower is used, the whole bathroom is getting soaked and the water is seeping into the room (resulting in the floor being molded). Also, noisy area, facing a high traffic street. The breakfast was good though. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Florin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel was great. Located conveniently next to the Metro 🚇 station. Shops and restaurants were within 5 minutes or less by walking. Two complaints I had was the bed in our room had a huge dip in the mattress and the shower was very small
Matthew, 11-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and had what we needed. It was close to lots of shopping, restaurants and metro. We stayed 7 nights and usually took a taxi to where we wanted to go and staff called for us. We often went to McDonalds in the morning at 9:00 for breakfast 2 blocks down. Price for our stay was amazing. Not a modern, updated hotel, but great for the price! We would return. We have stayed in many 3, 4 & 5 star hotels, so know what a perfect place can cost. It was only 3-4 blocks from Sacre Coeur, and 15 minutes by taxi (depending on traffic) to city center.
Robert, 7-night trip

6/10 Good

Stayed for 2 nights. Double room for me and my wife. Room was okay. Was clean enough. Noisy during middle of night. Cheap and cheerful for such a good location
2-night trip

6/10 Good

A good example of; “you get what you pay for”. It was a good enough place to just sleep.
Adam, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location right by sacre-coeur. The lobby was very nice, clean and modern. The rooms felt a bit shabby, small, carpeted floors but there was a window & the room served its purpose and had everything we needed including a little refrigerator. Although outdated, you could tell they put effort into recent renovations, we had a new sink in our private bathroom. I had read a few reviews prior to booking that made me nervous, but we had no problem with our $50euro deposit return (we gave cash & got it back in person upon check-out). If you come here romanticizing paris and expecting luxury, this place will disappoint you. But if you just need an affordable place to stay in a good location, then you will be pleased
Matthew, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

This hotel is perfectly located for a quick walk to Sacre Coeur and a 2 min walk from Anvers Metro station. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming. There are boutiques nearby, a few boulangeries and several dining options. Our room was a decent size for Paris, the shower door was hanging off it's hinge which was a little concerning but otherwise we had a great stay and we highly recommend Hotel Regina.
Melissa, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Rooms' carpet and bed sheets need improvement up to the standard for that range of hotels The day management need to be less arrogant and listening more. The night management is much more professionnal and caring. However, the location is great, with the Sacré Coeur nearby
Ollaid, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Every night there was too much noise. People were partying. It is a very busy neighbourhood. I appreciated that they let us an early check in. But overall condition was very poor. I guess you get what you pay for but a few facts that were disappointing were - 1. The window was damaged and it seemed it was shot or something. 2. No air conditioner in the room. 3. Elevator was broken for two days. 4. When we were checking out the receptionist made us wait and he went upstairs to check the room I guess to make sure we didn't steal anything. I didn't like that at all. I liked also that it was close to everything but if you are with your family stay away because it is too noisy. Overall I guess it was too expensive of what we got. I wouldn't pay that much for such a hotel. Even though it is considered that it is not expensive for Paris. But I'd pay more to have something better.

Has seen better days.

It need of geberal repairs both rooms we used had broken shower doors. Out room had broken drawer in bathroom. My sons room had a dent in bathroom door tgat looked like a punch mark. The reception area lovely as new furniture from photos on web site hopefully they are working around the rooms. Vreakfast got progressively smaller each day first day had cold meat next 2 days none third day no bread. Having paid a low price for Paris I didn't worry too much about breakfast but the danage and cleanliness of stairs poor
Wire over shower in my sons bedroom.

Not great!

Not very good We had two rooms Room 1 The shower door was broken, mould on sealant in there and shower was not able to move it higher as it was wobbling so thought if we moved it would fall off the wall the bed is not stable everytime moved made a sound. Was woken up by the maid on a phone call in the room opposite as could hear everything as no underlay under carpets Room 2 The water didn’t drain down the drain properly in the shower room The floor was missing from entrance to shower The wires behind fridge looked like a right bodge job! Didn’t look safe The plus side is that it was close to moulin rouge and check in staff was friendly!
