Hotel under construction
The hotel is under renovations so everything is super dusty, the reception is a temporary one that looks awful and no where on their website does it say the current condition of the hotel. There was ropes hanging from outside my window and materials for construction were constantly moving up and down and tapping on my window.
The cleaning is terrible, I threw out a straw on my first day and it landed on the side of the trashcan and that’s where it stayed for 5 days until I noticed and threw it out. When I explained all the issues I was having I asked for a late check out for the inconvenience, and very hesitantly they gave me 2h of late check in which didn’t really help much since my flight was at 9pm and needed to stay at the hotel at least until 5pm
