Very helpful staff, and a very nice hotel to stay in. A few maintenance issues with the room and the restaurant is so so. All in all would recommend for a short stay

Breathtaking, beautiful grounds. The rooms were spatial clean hearing the monkeys on the roof going outside to see the monkeys live and their own habitat quite beautiful. The freshwater pool and the grounds kept beautifully was able to make a small offering based on the flowers that had fallen around so beautiful the staff was super super friendly. The food was amazing all in all I give it a 10 star out of 10 stars, we will be back specially to Willie and the team.

Mycket trevlig personal. Bra läge. Lite obekvämt med att behöva gå igenom en restaurang (som kändes finare) för att komma till boendet. Dåligt ventilerat badrum och läckande toalett.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, servido no restaurante que é aberto ao público e está integrado ao hotel. O hotel é super charmoso, com um jardim, piscina natural e recantos lindíssimos, com estilo bem balinês. O quarto era excelente, amplo, assim como banheiro, e a equipe de funcionários talvez tenha sido a mais prestativa que conheci, com todos eles sempre puxando assunto e agradando o hóspede. Recomendo demais a hospedagem.

Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly. Easy to access of many restaurants & convenience stores. Located in nature, but limited bugs. Disappointed thing is no refrigerator at room.

I had a terrible experience, it’s not my first time in Bali but this was my first time getting the Bali belly. I checked in very late at night, everything was closed nearby and i was fatigued and found a water carafe in the room and i supposed it’s filtered and clean water, the next morning I got severe diarrhea and stayed all week sick. At least if you gonna put water put a clean one. Beside this, the room is filthy dirty and you cant open the windows for day light We booked for a couple and a baby and we were charged for the extra for the baby then they didn’t have a baby cot Tye staff is very freindly but honestly the hotel needs a lot

We must have been given the worst room on the property. We booked the standard room. The shower holder was wobbly and water leaked onto the bathroom floor. You had to balance on a ledge to use the toilet. The bathroom door did not close. There were mildew bugs in the bathroom from the damp. Tall persons would bump their head on the ceiling if you stood in the bath to have a shower. Meanwhile, the vanity was so high that we had to stand on tip toe to use the sink. The floor around the vanity was slippery and we slipped a few times. There was no safe, no hangers in the cupboard. There was no fridge but to be fair, they brought up a portable fridge when we asked for one. It was relatively quiet. Location was great being in centre of Ubud and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly but they could not do much about the dismal state of the room. Breakfast (included) and coffee at the Ubud Spice Bar and Grill in the front of the property was good.
