Beautiful new hotel. Wonderful staff. Beautiful building and balcony. So close to beach and the Gruz harbour. 10 minutes easy bus ride to old town Dubrovnik. Would have liked to have had tea or coffee maker in the room so missed that. And no yoghurt at breakfast. Coffee was delicious.

The hotel is lovely, newly refurbished. The staff were lovely, Ena, Petra and Franka at the front desk. Ena (Ana maybe not 100% sure of name) especially was very helpful not only with advise but also helped me use the steam iron! Hotel would have been 5 stars except there is no kettle in the room! I would not hesitate to recommend as it was very nice.

First night with the hotel after it had just opened under new management. Some teething issues, but the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout. Spacious and luxurious rooms, exceeding expectations for the price. Good breakfast in a delightful garden / patio setting. Great location, just next to a pedestrian street with a number of bars, restaurants and gelaterias and a five-minute walk down to the Uvala Lapad Beach. The area felt like a pleasant walkable oasis within the city. Frequent direct bus connections to the old town with route 1 running every 5 or 10 minutes, and Uber taxis arriving within five minutes at any time of day for other locations.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Heritage Zagreb. Le personnel était très accueillant, attentionné et disponible pour nous conseiller. L'hôtel et les chambres sont vraiment agréables et propres. L'emplacement est idéal dans le quartier piétonnier de Lapad où sont situés de nombreux restaurants. Une station de bus très proche va directement à la vieille ville.

Hotel recién reformado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Las instalaciones son totalmente nuevas. Algo de ruido (música) por la noche de algún bar cercano, para nosotros tampoco fue un gran problema. Personal atento y amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Falta algo de "rodaje". Desayuno tipo buffet algo escaso pero con opciones (muy buenas) de pequeño menú incluido en el precio de la habitación. Parking bajo demanda, plazas limitadas, precio incluido en la habitación. Estación de bus para ir a Old Town (Centro Histórico) a 2 min a pie, con salidas cada 10-15 min. Playa más cercana Uvala-Lapad a 400 mts. Fácil acceso, de piedras (cantos rodados) como la mayoría en Dubrovnik. Oferta gastronomica suficiente en las inmediaciones. El Hotel cuenta con restaurante que ofrece desayuno, comida y cena, con muy buena relación calidad precio aunque no te hospedes en el hotel. La terraza por la mañana y tarde-noche es ideal para disfrutar de una comida en un ambiente relajado, tranquilo y fresco.

Apesar de ficar localizado no peatonal que leva a praia de Lapad há ônibus que levam em 15 minutos ao centro. A equipe de recepcionistas foram maravilhosas e foram gentis em me ofertar um breakfast box para um voo cedo. A única crítica foi o atendimento que recebi no restaurante que fica na frente do hotel. A atendente apesar do lugar estar vazio alegou que todos os lugares estavam reservados para pessoas especiais e tentou me alocar numa área isolada. Porém como há inúmeros restaurantes na peatonal com melhor atendimento, não me fez falta jantar no referido restaurante.

When we booked there were 0 reviews as it was newly opened.It surpassed all over expectations.Would like to say a big thank you to lovely reception and restaurant staff.Close to beachband on the lovely promenade.Rooms are very big and spacious.the proprty is full of character and hence there is no lift.Breakfast was outstanding

We stayed here for five nights shortly after the hotel opened, and while we always try to be understanding of teething problems in a brand new property, this went beyond what we'd consider normal. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the staff, without exception, pleasant and always willing to put things right when we raised them. That said, so many issues shouldn't have existed in the first place, which felt like a coordination problem. Our room hadn't been properly cleaned on arrival, with dust, hair and water rings on surfaces, and the dirty glasses, only replaced once across five nights. On the first night we were left with one set of towels for a two person booking and needed to call reception for toilet roll. There was no hot water one night, and the bathroom had a visible gap in the plasterboard, which rather undermined the polished feel elsewhere. Small touches were missing too, no minibar price list, no sewing kit, and only one bathrobe. Breakfast boxes booked for two mornings went smoothly once, but the second wasn't ready despite being confirmed, causing a rush before our coach. The in-room TV listed breakfast at 7am, yet we were told 7.30am on arrival, and the same screen showed an unproofread notes ‘CTA, discover menu' -meant for staff rather than guests. The restaurant had the most noticeable issues. Our drinks took a long while to arrive, and every table nearby seemed to be experiencing the same. Similarly the breakfast buffet lacked basic, clear info.
