One of the best hotel experiences I have had Amazing rooms and service, great value! Honestly can't recommend this place enough. The location is also great if you are happy being close to a lot of the main attractions without being directly in the busy areas. Some great bars close by as well and only about 20 min walk from Kyoto station. The hotel is immaculately clean and you can tell the facilities are all brand new.

Great value for money. The room was bigger than what we expected and had big windows with nice view. The design was calming and modern. There was tea available in the room and free to use coffee machine in the lobby. This place is brand new located off a main road surrounded by residential buildings. It has convenience stores located two blocks away. The inside of the hotel is brand new. It’s a brand new hotel that was beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well- appointed and the amenities well-curated. It’s located in a quiet residential area and away from the high-traffic tourist areas but within easy walking distance to many areas of interest as well as to 2 train stations. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, especially Ruby and Viola who welcomed us upon arrival and patiently answered our many questions. We highly recommend this hotel.

We are a family of 4. Two adults 1 tween 1 teen. We had 3 beds in our room. One was a sofa bed. All were very comfy. The shower was excellent plenty of hot powerful water. Free tea/coffee/matcha latte etc Free ice and water. Hotel was spotless. Very very clean. Walking distance to Geisha district. Lovely naigbourhood to walk around. Quiet and safe.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kyoto and would absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially families. The rooms were impressively spacious, very clean, and had extremely comfortable beds—something we really appreciated after long days of exploring. The lobby coffee/hot chocolate machine was a great touch too, and the latte was actually really good! The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. One of the best parts about this hotel is its location. It’s tucked away in a quieter, less crowded area, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing, yet it was still within walking distance to many attractions and great spots around Kyoto. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and calm. We would definitely stay here again!
