Family Trip
The location was great and the buffet breakfast that was included with our rooms was also very good. My biggest complaint about our stay is that the air conditioning was not working properly in our room. When we checked in, the window in the room was open (no screen on the window) while the connecting room we had the windows were closed and the AC was working.i suspect that the hotel knew and that is why the window was left open. I thought that the room was hot initially because the window had been left open and only realized that the AC was not working when we returned to our room at night. Called the front desk and someone came and adjusted the setting a and said they would be back. They came back and made more adjustments and left. When nothing improved I called the front desk again and they told me that the technician had left for the night and they would check again the next day. No one came the next day until I asked when we returned from our tour and the same thing happened again. Technician came twice and nothing was fixed and no offer either night to move us to another room. The bathrooms in both rooms were not cleaned well during our two night stay and towels did not appear to be replaced amd a couple of them should have been.
