I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was declared full on the day of my arrival. I would like to say to those responsible that if they have one or more rooms that are unsanitary, they should not rent them out until they have done the necessary work. It's a matter of respect for customers who haven't paid for substandard and unsafe service in terms of hygiene.
Nice hotel, good location, good for busines or vac
The location is very convenient to a lot of restaurants and an easy walk over to the harbor as well as an easy walk to the Metro. The rooms were nice and we all really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was surprisingly good food with a really good selection of local Fair
