Nightmare Hotel- Follow Through with your word!

There was no continental breakfast. The room was dirty with someone elses medication in the room and blood on the wall and ceiling, as if someone was shot in the room and they never cleaned up the blood. I went to the hotel management and asked if they could clean the room or switch me to a different one and they said no and that I had to call expedia. I woke up on the morning of the 29th and the room next to mine had police banging at the door and there was pepper spray lingering in the hallway and when I got to the elevator to get to my vehicle to go to work.. the elevator was doused in pepper spray and I couldnt breathe. I have stage 3 emphysema amd COPD and I am still having issues catching my breath. Then to top it off I get back to the hotel room after a long days work and the hotel didnt even clean my room or make the bed. My business trip then ended earlier then planned and they said I had to switch my reservation with expedia and they couldnt do anything. So I contacted someone on the app that my itineray was on and they said they put in a tocket request to seek a refund as I did not stay the whole 4 days and that I would be credited back in 72 hours. I have still not seen the money reflect back onto my credit card. I would like this issue fixed immediately and I am not happy with the services from not only the hotel but also expedia or hotels.com this is unacceptable , do better.

What a Mistake

Online, we booked a pet-friendly room. We got there, were informed (by a friendly young man) it's only service-dog-friendly, but for an extra $30, we could stay in room 112. We signed in, saw that it wasn't great, but we had places to go. When we returned in the evening, we saw just how bad it was, but decided it was too late for us to go looking for another hotel (bad decision). The bed was comfortable, but we have to say this was by far the worst room we've ever stayed in (we stayed at the Super 8 on Circle Drive in Saskatoon a few years ago, and it was fine!) Please look at the photos we're sending. We'd appreciate some kind of compensation or refund of the $174.31 we paid for a totally unacceptable hotel room at your 22nd St. W. location.

Keep looking, this isn't where you want to stay.

Either I was intentionally ripped off or the person who checked me in didn't know what they were doing. When I checked in, my reservation was canceled and I was charged a cancelation fee even though I paid cash for my room. The telephone didn't work, the sheets and towels didn't look clean, there was a large burn in the carpet, the curtains were askew, etc.

Overnight stay during travel

Everything about the room was clean but we didn’t like the look of the pillow cases. We simply asked for fresh ones and the front desk brought those up in less than 5 minutes. The room does need updating as it looks old and used (but clean). The location has very good restaurants within 5 minutes drive and parking at the hotel was great.

The hotel was disgusting - overall filthy! I checked in with doubt but was tired from travelling. I went to my room took one look around and immediately checked out! The room was gross and the bed looked like someone had slept in it

I didnt stay once I realized where the hotel was located. The hotel is located near a safe use center and a homeless shelter. Im not knocking the hotel or the people but the risk factor was just too high for me to stay at the hotel. I got the 2 Super 8 locations mixed up.

Room was missing all towels, wash cloths and bath mat from the room. Also found a crumpled up A&W receipt in the bedding.

The room was dusty (including the coffee pot) and not vacuumed in areas. Towels were stained and we were missing face cloths. The clerk and manager (?) appeared unkept.

I checked in at 2 pm and found dirty sheets on the bed, i informed the front desk and asked for the bed to be remade. When i came back at 1130 pm the bed still had dirty sheets on the box spring which was covering stains on there as well, one lamp was missing a light bulb and had no switch to turn it on. There were marks and stains all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom and the room had not been vacuumed in a very long time as there was dust and dirt behind the bathroom door and the main entry door...very poor room for the amount required to stay there. I took photos of everything and checked out before midnight, I went and stayed with a friend instead.

The area has a lot of homeless, also it is very busy street, is you room is facing the road it is noisy.

This property is in terrible condition, culter all around the parking and filled with used condom and broken liquor bottle.Room 202 was dirty, linen was not clean, smelly and had spots.Room fridge was dirty.Over all very poor condition of room.

This property is not in a safe area. It should not be listed on Expedia. We were not comfortable so checked out after one night of a three night stay. They would not give a refund even though we checked out by 8:00 am. This property should not be listed on Expedia as a viable hotel stay. The switches on the lamps did not work. To turn the lamps on and off you had to screw the light bulb in and out. We think we heard gunshots during the night. We are very disappointed in the hotel and the lack of a refund.
