Many choices of breakfast (buffet) with a reasonable price 23RM. However, the room is old and totally diferrent from what we saw in the expedia website. A road construction is on-going in front of the hotel (Aug19)

Good to stay and local food nearby
The hotel itself is in good location, many restaurants can be found nearby. it's not too far from the station but difficult to find at first visit. The room is good but the air-con is too cold. The wifi was not so good but usable.
We have pleasure time stayed at the hotel with the reasonable prices.
Convenient location, easily check in, big rooms, nice and clean, freindly kindly staff. No complaints on these basic amenities. You can walk to Jalan Alor within 10 minutes. The footpath from monorel station to hotel is very bad for me and my daughter's stroller.

Good location
the hotel is on the good location easy to access the city of KL and near to Monorail station. furthermore, I got the upgraded to one-bed room suite that makes me very happy. value of money

Nice but crowded
The room was not bad, but it gets very crowded for breakfast even there is a sign warning all guests...but it's really bad experience. The food was not so good, they also put ice into all drinks, which is really crap!
I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions over the last 5 years.
This time it was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in staying at a hotel.
The front desk service is shocking. They are there to greet and help guests. They don’t.
The room was dated.
The shower was blocked and all the water just overflowed in to the whole of the bathroom. Disgusting.
The sink was blocked. Disgusting,
The two TV’s in the room didn’t work. Poor.
There was no room service on one of the days. I asked the guy who was cleaning the room next door if he was going to be cleaning my room. He said he was.
When I came back to the room a couple of hours later the room was not cleaned, so I asked the guy who was a few rooms away whether he was going to be cleaning the room. He said it was not on his list - if I wanted it cleaning I should go to reception to request it.
I went to reception and the guy there (who needs some training in customer service) said that he would get in to it straight away and get it sorted for me.
When I got back 3 hours later the room was not cleaned. I had to go down again to reception and the guy just completely blanked me. I asked to speak to the Duty Manager who didn’t seem a bit interested.
I am in Kuala Lumpur for 18 nights and it was my intention to extend my stay after these first 4 nights.
However, after the issues I’d had and the appalling customer service I booked elsewhere in the same area.
I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel.

Staff is friendly, surrounding has many eating place, the toilet is clean but the bathtub is quite old, summary not bad

Le personnel est très sympa , la piscine et la salle de sport sont très bien, accessible à pied le mall berjaya times square et lalaport
Les lits sont confortables et les douches sont propres et fonctionnelles
