Property was dirty. Trash outside and inside the room was dirty. The floors made are feet black!!

Unclean, unprofessional, rude

Cleanliness is not a priority as well as professionalism. Be prepared to kiss butt or you'll be held reliable for lack of responsibility on housekeeping's end. Guests that the staff hung out with were allowed to make noise (loud music, banging on walls, screaming) at all hours of night and day. Spraying a room down with febreeze doesn't constitute as clean. AC filters clogged, room wasn't swept or vacuumed. Microwave, refrigerator & sink had leftover food. Bathtub had filthy bubbles among a long list of error.

Family time

When we got to our room ,the floor was moped with a dirty mop it smelled like mildew ,the floor around the beds were not swept no place to sit except on the bed ,so had to eat on the floor or on the bed, the 4 of us had to share 2 towels which smelled like mildew,had 2 pillows on the beds that looked all worn out very uncomfortable,so we woke up and went to check out but all sores were locked so left keys in the room , didn't get a receipt ,was very disappointed in this stay ,I will not be staying there again , I will go pay alot more to stay at a cleaner and comfortable place

The room had a stench to it the walls were very dirty and the sheets had ugly stains like they had not been washed I did not stay I packed my stuff back up and left no one was in the office so I just left and did not stay there.

Not what was advertised

We reserved online, with email confirmation of 2 queen beds, breakfast for 4, free WiFi, and of coarse the toiletries etc., however this was not the case. We had to switch rooms due to locks not working, upon entering the new room we discovered dirty tables, floors not swept dirty wash rag on shower head no toilet paper old key from prior renter, when I asked times for breakfast he assured me they did not offer it despite the website. We were already running late for event we were in town for.. we quickly changed and attended our event upon returning we found food in the drawers, at this point no use in switching again it’s already after 1 am. I brought these concerns to manager upon check out asking for some type of reimbursement, still awaiting that call back!

Very Disappointed

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. First, the room had a smokers room smell. Second, we found a wash cloth with what appeared to be dry blood. Third, the security lock was broke off & missing. Last, the refrigerator did not work.

Unfair Treatment

I was banned from being able to rent at this establishment in the future because someone who had issues with the manager, a stranger to me, dropped off my friend. The manager came and told me that she wasn't supposed to be on the property. I apologized for not knowing that person or prior history. She seemed to understand when I explained that I didn't know her and appeared to accept my sincere apologies. BUT, the next morning she called me to tell me I would no longer be able to rent at that property because of the person who dropped off a friend of mine. Again, someone I do not know or have any historty of interaction with.

Comfortable Stay

Good location. Friendly front desk. The room could have been a little more clean! There was some dust on the floor and the bathroom had a dead scorpion. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was perfectly cold.

The Hair dryer was ripped from the cord. No extra toilet paper in room. No iron or ironing board in room. Could not get the tv to work. Advertised free breakfast but breakfast was not provided.

Stay away from this place!

BEWARE! This place is the worst place I’ve ever stayed! Nasty rooms! We had two rooms one for me and my husband and one for my mom. Our toilet overflowed 20 minutes later young man brought towels left them on the floor and said house keeping would clean up, about another 30 minutes housekeeping came dried it with the towels only, did not mop! Bathroom smelled! Blow drier had cords hanging out and was even plugged in next to sink! Fly’s Flys and more flys! Pictures of this place don’t look anything like this place! Look at pictures I took from both our rooms. Manager was the worst! Bad attitude! Oh plus my husband almost slipped on an oily spot in front of our room 😡 this place should not even be on Hotels.com
