Spectacular. This quaint property has every detail attended to from the scents to lighting to live plants and embodies a minimalist spirit to the tee. Unbelievable find!
It felt like an oase, green scenery, quiet, peaceful, incredible staff, amazing breakfast, pool open till midnight and the gym was my favorite place. Also 30 min away from Como, great location. I totally recommend this hotel.

Meh. Not a spa hotel as they charge €19 an hour!!!
The hotel itself was clean and pleasant but the included spa (as described) is an additional cost of 19 euros per hour which is a little extortionate in my opinion.
Our room was listed as a suite but wasn’t any bigger than other hotel rooms I have stayed in. There were a few faults with our room which staff seemed uninterested in at checkout. The bathroom door was incredibly noisy and stiff, their was a huge amount of condensation on the ceiling & the electronic blind that kept everything nice and dark was stuck down.
The breakfast was good - organic and local produce but it was served to you rather than you being able to pick what you wanted. The only thing you could choose were how you liked your eggs (the only hot product).
The outside area was average. The pool is a plunge pool and very small. The beds outside are a good idea but were filthy when we went outside.
Overall the stay was okay. I wouldn’t return in a rush.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel modern and clean with friendly staff.
The restaurant offers good modern italian food.
The hotel is located in the country side region of Brianza which is between Milan and Lake Como , you should calculate a good 45 min. drive to reach each of the two localities.

Tries hard but falls short
The hotel is missing many basics - like a hook to hang your towels on. And how can a spa hotel not have a bathtub in the room? Lovely spa - but note that it must be booked in advance at an additional cost. Room was overly hot but luckily we could open our window with no noise. Minimal food / restaurant facilities in a town with zero food options make it difficult to recommend the hotel.

Andrea and his team are awesome.
We had a reservation issue when we checked and had to stay at their sister property about 2 miles away. While we would have preferred to stay at the main hotel, Andrea and his staff took great care of us. They were apologetic and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They even drove us to and from dinner so we could enjoy some nice wine while not having to worry about driving. The food in the restaurant was very good. However, the highlight was the pastry shop next door that Andrea and his family have run for years. Oh my goodness, stay in the hotel just to make hanging in the shop more enjoyable! It was a highlight of our trip.
If you are heading in our out of Milan it’s a great location. Much quieter and more relaxing than staying in the city and only 20 minutes to Lake Como.

A fond memory quickly destroyed
I will start my review by saying that my wife & I stayed at the C-Hotel for our honeymoon 3 years ago and we held it in very high regard. Our stay there was one of the fondest memories of our honeymoon & why we booked . However, when we arrived the owner of the hotel told us that they were going to relocate us to their sister property in a town 1km away. When I queried this, he told me that it was still part of the hotel and it was what I had booked. I looked this up on Expedia and it is listed as a separate B&B, C-Rooms rather than C-Hotel and my confirmation showed that it was the main hotel building that we had booked. I raised this again with the owner who said this was not the case and insisted it was the same hotel. We tried to explain that we had stayed there for our honeymoon and had booked the hotel specifically for this reason. The owner then told us it was possible to have a room in the hotel rather than the B&B if we paid an extra €60 a night, which I declined as I believed I had already paid for the hotel room. When we arrived at the B&B there was no lift so I had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of narrow and winding staircases, the room itself was half the size of the main hotel rooms and had clumps of dog hair all over the floor and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. After a long call to Expedia in which they agreed with me, they took the fight with the owner up on my behalf and after 3 hours we eventually got a room in the main hotel.

And now for something a little different
Very nice hotel with a beautiful view but very quirky (by design?). ex: 1 light control panel with 9 illegible buttons making light control virtually impossible, no Kleenex, nightstand clock, towel hooks, usable mirror in bathroom, soap dish, lobby sign. Gorgeous marble throughout and design. Quiet.

Something a little different!
An unusual hotel!. The bedrooms at the front are all glass so the blinds went up and down like yo yos. We were at the front so nearby houses could see in. It was a bit like being in a goldfish bowl To have any privacy the blinds were dropped but then you lost the views. .Due to the expensive local stone which lines the walls in the bathroom, there are no towel rails so get used to leaving them on the floor.
The hotel has a chocolate factory and coffee shop at which hotel guests get a discount. This was very popular with the locals due to the variety of cakes for sale both to take out and eat in. We tried a couple and they were delicious.
The hotel had a spa but was fully booked on our arrival. We did have the use of a very small outdoor pool and loungers
The menu in the restaurant did not appeal to my husband ( he is a steak and chips person) and we went to look unsuccessfully for an alternative. There was non so back to the hotel we went. The food was lovely and even my husband enjoyed his meal.
Breakfast was a feast! Each table had its own buffet and more kept coming. We asked for a doggy bag and left with a small picnic.
The staff were very good and helpful. We very much enjoyed our overnight stay

Worth the drive
We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel first night as we did not have any GPS, however once got to the hotel all's forgotten. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and it was delightful to meet Andrea, the entrepreneur / architect / designer of the hotel. Much appreciate the functional minimalist modern design, attention to details and choice of natural materials of the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable, wonderful breakfast and dinner served with fresh local produce. This is the kind of hotel I always look for and enjoy when traveling.

Good food and modern design.
The staff was great and the food excellent. The room was nice size and comfortable. My only gripes with this hotel are 1) location is in the middle of know where 2) the room was VERY hot and the in-room A/C wasn't functioning because they were actually controlling it from a central area and they were trying to save money or something...but I slept miserable due to the excessive heat even with the windows open. I asked the staff to turn down the temp in our room, but whatever they did didn't seem to help. Opening windows helped a little but of course allows bugs in, so heat or heat and mosquitoes either way not a good solution and 3) the spa is nice, but the water in ALL of the pools needs to be heated....way too cold. This a very modern and unusual place and I would recommend it as well as stay there again....only in the cooler months. ;-)
