The property was under listing for AC but did not have one. After communicating with owner he agreed to a refund but when Expedia called him he never answered. In addition owner did not know anything about my reservation and was never sent arrival information before hand.

The property managers provide zero communication before and during our nine days stay. We tried several times to give them correct contact information by phone and email with no response from them. We asked for more towels on the second day because the towel drying rack didn’t work and the towels stay wet overnight, but there was no response for the entire rest of our stay despite text messages phone calls, and messages through the booking firm. I am amazed that we actually received check-in information that worked through the various codes and keys that we needed. We received no instruction for checkout. If there had been an emergency or power outage, we would have had a very serious problem.

Le logement a une très forte odeur de fumée froide, ce qui est très déplaisant. Les codes fournis pour ouvrir les portes n'étaient pas les bons ce qui a engendré une petite frayeur. Le logement est néanmoins bien situé pour accéder au métro.
