10/10 Exceptional

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, very close to dining options, bars and the footprint center. The host was very accommodating and through, checking in and out was a breeze. Would recommend staying here because I’ll definitely be back!

Please include instructions for when there is no parking in main parking garage. Car was towed from parking garage by property management on our last night there

I would look at other options

I strongly recommend looking at other options if you have the option to. Do not let the price fool you; you definitely get what you pay for with Iluminate - Phoenix. I wish I could go back in time and choose another property that had better customer service. To say I am dissatisfied in an understatement.
