a great hotel, everything is very detailed and meticulous. the owner seems to be a very aesthetic person. very central location, reasonable price, great food. clean accommodation, rooftop bar and panoramic view of Hanoi. very nice. recommended for those who want to visit Hanoi

I had a wonderful stay at Kecho Legacy Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed the food — the quality is great and the portions are generous. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection. I tried the spa as well, and the massage was relaxing and well done. The rooftop offers a lovely view and is a great place to unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are, without a doubt, the most attentive, helpful, and kind team I’ve experienced in any hotel. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. Overall, I honestly have no complaints and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Do not stay here. Paid $200 for one night, completely outrageous for the type of accommodation. Reception is in a different building, you get no help with the luggage to the other building, the space is tiny even for European standards and you need to bring luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator. Let’s not feed into these types of companies that take advantage of tourists that work hard for their money.

This was a very nice hotel. Facilities, location, food, and very close shop and food make it a good choice. The staff, specially in restaurant and front desk make this one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Anna, who seems to be everywhere and doing everything would add another star to this hotel on her own. This girl is worth her weight in gold and i expect will be running her own hotel at some point. Massive energy, so friendly and total professional.

The staff were friendly and provided pretty good recs for food and tour. They never gave us any problems and were helpful. The hotel itself is older and small, but considering the area, this is normal. The old quarter itself is rich in history and I don’t think you’ll be able to find big rooms like we have in the west at these smaller hotels. The elevators are small so they will offer to deliver your suitcases to your room. The room itself is also small but has a lot of character. Our room had really dim lighting so that would be the only downside. They served a breakfast buffet every morning and food was pretty decent. We enjoyed a few plates. They offer a to-go box with fruits and a sandwich for us since we had to check out early. They also booked us a driver in the morning since we had to leave for the airport at 5am. They said it would be hard to get a grab at that time since it was so early, something we didn’t think about. Overall, it was a great stay. Would recommend for single and dual travelers.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Wish the AC was a bit stronger. But we went in the middle of summer and it was extremely hot. The breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff here were amazing, especially Anna who was so friendly and really went out of her way to make sure I was having a good stay and to make me feel at home! would 100% come back just for the staff. Hotel was quiet and clean and I had no problems sleeping here as a light sleeper.

The property was perfectly placed in a little back street of the old quarter. The decor provided an air of authenticity. The staff were really personable and went above and beyond. The food was excellent with a wide of options for breakfast. I have several dietary requirements and often struggle to find anywhere that can accommodate. The staff were attentive and always happy to point out what was safe for me to eat. I would recommend this boutique stay anyone wanting something a little more unique. My time there at Kecho made my stay at Hanoi even more memorable.

Kecho Legacy is a hidden gem tucked away in a small alleyway in Hanoi. You can tell the owner truly values and respects the city’s history, every corner and detail is thoughtfully and meticulously designed. Our room was both beautiful and comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back to stay next time!

Beautiful traditional vietnamese interior. The staff were always so welcoming and helpful. They truly made our stay extra special. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights as we planned a trip to Sapa and then back 1 night before another trip to Ninh Binh and 1 more night before heading back to Hanoi. The breakfast selection was delicious. I love that we were within the old quarter but this hotel was hidden from the main st and even if you have windows and a balcony… not much view to take in… however we were always out and about.

This has been one of our favorite hotel stays ever! The staff at Kecho Legacy are phenomenal! They provided incredible service as well as recommendations for the area. The location is in the heart of old quarter, but google maps made it very easy to find. The sky bar on top of the hotel is an absolute must, and their breakfast buffet was superb. If you’re looking for highly detailed and classic Vietnamese architecture, amazing service, a luxurious and convenient spa, and a comfortable bed all in the center of beautiful Old Quarter Hanoi, I’d highly recommend Kecho Legacy.

My partner and I loved this property with the help of google maps this location was easy to find and in the heart of so many activities. Hotel staff is very nice and kind and can help get you tickets to many different activities like boat tours and tickets to the water puppet show. They have a wonderful bar with great drinks and overview of the city as well as a spa. It’s very close to the night markets as well. The room itself is very beautiful and bed is comfortable. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody whose first time in Hanoi because staff makes great recommendations and is English speaking friendly. 💕💕
