First the positives, the apartment is centrally located and new. Upon check-in the apartment was not adequately cleaned and there were dirty towels and visible bodily fluid stains around the toilets. We requested housekeeping to correct and it wasnt addressed. Living room has no blinds or drapes so no privacy. After checkout, my security deposit was not refunded. We were accused of breaking into a cabinet and damage to the property. No questions were asked of me, I was told. The cabinet in question was unlocked and we used 2 paper towels as there was not adequate supplies provided in the bathrooms. There was no damage to the property and we took pictures on departure. We loaded the dishwasher before we left, nothing was left in the sinks. I have been trying for a week to get my security deposit refunded with no sucess. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Overall poor customer service. Propery has potential but needs better customer service, housekeeping and management

Excellent Stay
Had a great 10 night stay at this luxury townhome. Very close to all the great areas in Charlotte. 10 minutes to the Bank of America Stadium and Uptown. Everything was brand new and although no assigned parking we never had an issue finding a spot right in front. Plenty of room and large spacious bathrooms. Kitchen is a little short of cooking supplies but we didn’t cook much so that wasn’t an issue. Great communication with host. He immediately sent someone to change battery in smoke detector that kept beeping.
