We were initially moved to this property because are first booking was "invalid" due to a synchronization problem with Expedia that created a double booking. The lift was not working, and we had to carry 6 pieces of heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. Overnight we were bitten by bed bugs (I will provide photographs in another formal complaint). Our very tight schedule to visit Paris was completely disturbed by the inconveniences we experienced.We have requested for some compensation.
