APPARTEMENT bien placé... finalement ce n'est pas un hôtel mais plutôt un style de AirBnB géré par une structure professionnel... il n'y a pas de personnel, ni aucun service apparent... j'étais un peu déçu, car non prévenu... et je pensais avoir réservé dans un hôtel

Nice clean spot very easy to walk around felt safe. Water pressure in shower was the best I’ve found in Europe so far - would go back just for that 😂

hotel in posto centrale, purtroppo la stanza era ubicata in un ala del palazzo con un ingresso fatiscente, senza ascensore con scala ripida ( circostanza non indicata nella descrizione in cui si diceva con ascensore) stanza con affaccio su un cortile interno e bagno maleodorante. Senza colazione. il prezzo eccessivo per quanto offerto

The place was very convenient and cozy. Had two bedrooms and the balcony view was amazing. There wasn't enough amenities such as shower gel. However there was a good amount of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The building was very secure and had several access codes to enter.

I had issues getting door codes sent to me. I had to call several times to get this fixed. It says “virtual front desk” but I would not consider a customer service line a “virtual front desk”. Room was decent, location convenient but there was a lot of traffic noise because it is close to Rue de Ravioli. The room does not have AC so we kept windows open at night which also contributed to the noise level. They ask for local taxes to be paid in cash which should be clear in the listing. I had not exchanged any cash during my trip. The email they sent requesting payment did not actually state the amount for this tax.

Para acceder a la habilitación debía subir muchas escaleras, el piso de la habitación estaba en obras y la habitación olía fatal… la cama fue una pesadilla al oler a humedad y sinceramente use las toallas sobre la cama para dormir… lo único a favor es la ubicación

This is NOT a hotel!

This is NOT a hotel and should not be advertised as such! If I wanted an Airbnb I would have booked one. This was not what I signed up for

This property is not a hotel! It is an apartment building with a few units rented out as hotel rooms. Our room was about 200 square feet with the bathroom being about 32 square feet. The room was neat and austere. There is no air conditioning. There was a balcony but the door giving access could not be opened. This also meant that no windows could be opened. To get access to the room you need to provide three different access codes. The instructions for access were not clear. In the hallway to our room there was a mattress being stored. In the entry lobby there were about 25 bicycles being stored for use by the permanent tenants. Expedia should be ashamed to call this property a hotel.
