They denied service stating that we need to pay more at the check in as the online price amount is not sufficient… we booked Uber and arrived at the so called stay at 930 pm. Hotel staff is rude and they contacted the property owner too and he clearly stated not to provide service.
The worst part is they did not give me back my money, Expedia support team is working with them now. That is a scam… I don’t think they would go anywhere with this(short sightedness)

I arrived with the room given to be not what I had paid for which was a double bed and single bed combination for 3 adults
Next, there was rain water clogged all a feet deep at the only entrance
Thirdly, I paid for all included breakfast as that was a option that Expedia provided and they had no dining facility
So I felt cheated by Expedia and the hotel as the Expedia CS I called was just not willing to help
