☆☆☆☆☆ Booked a last-minute reservation online. Was able to check in and out through the Hilton app and had a keyless option (digital key through the phone) which was great! The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was also really friendly. The plus was that they still served breakfast, but only take-away so that it was safer. Will visit again!

I was happy with this hotel. Place is clean, lots of shopping and dining around. Breakfast so far the best during covid. These people can show the rest of hotels how it is done. Good quality breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff was nice as well. Rooms as spacey.

We had a very nice stay. The check in person was super and very nice. Enjoyed staying there. Will go back.

This property is conveniently located for shopping and dozens of wonderful eateries. Checking in was a breeze - it took less than 2 minutes. Our hostess was warm and welcoming. She was genuinely interested in insuring we’d be comfortable and informed us of breakfast serving procedures with Covid restrictions - which, while thorough, weren’t off-putting. Our 2 queen bed suite was very nice Kitchenette with a table and chairs, refrigerator, Two burner stove, sink, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked with sparkling clean dishes, utensils and pots/pans, along with a coffee maker. The living room had a sofa and chair with a large ottoman that could double as a coffee table. it also had a flat screen TV. The bedroom had ceiling fan, 2 very comfortable beds with crisp white linens, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, a dresser and nightstand. It also had a flat screen tv. The bathroom had a separate toilet and shower - immaculate! Parking was not an issue. We’d read reviews where it was mentioned parking was inconvenient - I’m not sure how, as we were in and out several times and never had to walk very far to our vehicle after walking outside. There was always someone behind the desk, the lobby and cafeteria area were very clean and nicely decorated. We had a really nice stay, will definitely choose this property when we return to Wilmington.

Close to all local beaches, but yet situated in quite area.

My stay was fine until my last day in this hotel. The morning before check out I asked the receptionist on duty if I could check out late the next day and she said I could by 1 pm. On check out day, my daughter and I loaded our luggages and kitchen stuff in our rental car and went somewhere. We went back to the hotel to eat lunch I had prepared in the hotel kitchenette earlier. 1 pm was getting close so as soon as we parked our car I went straight to the front desk to check out while my daughter proceeded to our hotel room ( #111) to take our food and a couple of personal things we left on the desk in the room. I checked out around 12:55 pm and the receptionist said to me that check out time noon and cleaning people are in the room cleaning it. I asked why, because I was given the okay to check out at 1 pm instead of noon. I ran to my hotel room and my daughter was outside of the room and there were 2 cleaning people in the room and they have thrown away the food that I had prepared for our lunch that day! One of them told me that check out time was noon so they went ahead and entered the room and started cleaning it! My daughter’s purse and my gloves were on the desk, personal items that said the room was still occupied. It was still our room until 1 pm! 4 pork chops laying on the counter, a plate of noodles, a bunch of cilantro, a bottle of Sprite Zero in the refrigerator, some crackers and fresh strawberries were thrown away before I checked out of room #111!

Wonderful hotel. Spacious and extremely clean.

We had such a comfortable over night stay! The space was clean, updated, and quiet nestled in a good location. Breakfast was nice, with hot food and packaged muffins and juice, due to Covid.
