The property was very convenient to stay in, walkable distance from nearly everything one could want. It's basically in the heart of Osaka with some good entertainment spots like Dottonbori right by. Having the 24/7 convenience story inside the hotel was so useful. Staff was also always readily available!

This was a very automated experience. From check in to check out I think we spoke to one person. Not my cup of tea. After a long day of travel I would like a person to assist with check in and our questions around late checkout and luggage storage. Twin room was Ok in Japan standards for room. Bathroom still had hair in it. Wanting to check- in earlier they request additional charges. Late check out also required penalty payment and their checkout time is 10am! Worse than business hotel! Never in my stays in Japan did I have a staff member roll their eyes on me like the staff of APA did when I asked for late check out and did not want to pay their penalty fee. I do not understand which part of their hotel is luxury or a resort. Please remove both from the name of this hotel, it is absolutely disgusting and shameless for it to have those words in it's name! No matter how discounted would I ever book an APA hotel ever again!

The air conditioning wasn't cold enough for the summer heat in July. The blanket was too thick. Rooms were warm and humid - discomfort staying inside the rooms. Limited selection for the brunch buffet, didn't worth the price. Long queues for luggage services. Hot tub with good temperature but always crowded. Convenient location with in-house 7-eleven.

Disappointing

Disappointed in our stay. Firstly booked this hotel because of the swimming pool only to find out on arrival that you need to pay 2000yen per adult to use it for only an hour! This is not shown when booking via hotels.com otherwise I wouldn’t have booked here. The bathroom stunk of urine. The hotel is too big to manage, all the rubbish is piled up in the corridors for hours before its removal, not a nice to walk past. It is in a good location, has a 7 eleven which was really convenient, transport options right outside the hotel. Also there is no information on tours etc available at the hotel. Not sure I would stay again. The bed to my surprise was fairly comfortable. The room is really small, you couldn’t open a big suitcase.
