On arrival our room hadn't been cleaned. The reception staff could not have been more apologetic and gave us an upgraded room. The facilities there are superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The issue with our room is the only reason for 4 stars.

The room was a small twin with a small bathroom so enough for one night. But would not like to stay for longer in it. We found lots of cobwebs on the windows and mould around the window seals which I have taken photos of and there was a used nail file down the side of the hot drinks table that wasn’t ours. So it questions the cleanliness of the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely hotel , beautiful room, very clean. nice tea, coffee and biscuit selection and locally made mugs nice touch Enjoyed the pool , luckily remembered my own flip flops to walk across there.
