Excellent room, loud drive-thru
It's a beautiful hotel, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Bed super comfortable, I got a king room with a balcony... what's a bummer is that it looks out over the KFC across the street, and the drive thru is VERY LOUD. Late at night I could hear the drive-thru worker blaring out orders. I also want to mention one small thing- they have a device on the wall by the door that you have to put a card into to keep the power on- but they put a card in there already, negating the function of it, which is to save power. Perhaps the previous tenant left it there, but I have seen other hotels do this. Many travelers who have been to the EU have seen these and aren't bothered by it, so why not just make us stick our keys in to make the lights go on?

I usually stay here when I’m in town, & I can always count on getting the most restful sleep! It is divine. Everything went very well this trip, except for one thing. There is a young girl at the front desk who is rather rude & not helpful! I was shocked. Especially when compared to Carol at the front desk who is so so helpful with anything you could possibly want or need. She’s the best, so ask her if you need something answered
