Excellent location on edge of French Quarter, but close to Convention centre, in an old building with natural gas lamps outside (hence the odor some people noticed). Comfy bed. Fun/odd decor; improved lighting in the sitting area would make a better impression, but we enjoyed the place - stayed a week in January.

Stayed here 4 nights around Halloween, we had a fabulous time we loved our room and the convenience to shopping transit restaurants etc. The staff were super friendly if we needed anything we just had to ask. Also we loved the convenience of having the little travel booth that was in the hotel. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the little balcony outside our room. The staff was friendly, helpful, always available and foreseeing of our needs yet not invasive of our privacy. The location is perfect if you want to explore NOLA’s French Quarter without your vehicle (the best way to enjoy it). We drove in, parked in a pre-booked and prepaid parking lot and didn’t move the car again for 4 days. If we had, we would never have gotten back into the lot because it was the weekend of the French Quarter Festival and parking was nuts. This location was also perfect to take a leisurely stroll to the Saenger Theatre to see Hamilton! We hope to return to this great find again, and will definitely choose it when we have tickets to the Saenger Theatre.

I really like how friendly the staff was, My boyfriend and I arrived two hours before check-in and the hotel still accommodated us for an earlier check-in. The hotel even went further ahead and included a discount wristband for neighboring restaurants, along with a map that will help you not miss out on any of the great NOLA experiences.

My overall stay was good. The place was clean the staff was very pleasant. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but I actually think it was a full size and very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and flat. They need to updated the bed and pillows.

This property was perfect for my trip in June because it had a separate suite with a bathroom and kitchenette in between the room and the living room. The living room had a pull out sofa that had memory foam mattress, so it was comfy. It was also in walking distance to all the French Quarter.
