Host was not good at communicating. Note that this is not a hotel and building staff cannot help much. Checking in was not clear and when there was an issue with the door not opening at night it took over 2 hours to resolve. It was hot and humid in the hallway and the host threatened to report me to the government to be arrested as a foreigner. The unit itself was not thoroughly clean with stains on the pillows, towels were not cleaned and smelled, the bathroom smelled like rotten fish and the bed is not comfortable at all. The bed is old with zero padding so you can feel the bed springs when sleeping, and there's a bright flashing light in the main bedroom from a fire system or security system just be aware that if you are a light sleeper it might keep you up.

I booked And they sent me a message right away to tell me they are relocating me to a new building. I’m a mother traveling alone w my son- I didn't Want to go to an unknown location that wasn’t through a reputable company. I called the number and got a person who seemed like a condo/apt owner and seemed confused why I was Calling. So I called The property and they told me they don’t offer short term rentals only long term and hung up on me. When I called back again they blocked my number. I never checked in and never when to the new location. They don’t seem legit. if I had Gone to the other location they sent me messages that they were going to come into my room for routine maintenance….? Didn’t seem safe in a foreign country. I ended up going to a hotel instead.

Lovely apartment in a nice part of the city.
We found everything as described except a big sign at the entrance to the building saying that renting flats in the building was not legal

I haven’t got to get inside the property!!! It was like a scam to me! When we arrived we tried to call the number but after sooooo many tries nobody picked up the phone. Me and my 3 kids with all the luggages waiting on the street FOR 1 HOUR!!
Expedia helped me to contact the manager of the apartment, they finally called me back just to told me that we had to wait until 8pm to check in. I said NO! If u don’t let us in right now then I require a refund right away!
Then the show began. They moved us around to 3 different places but still we couldn’t check in to any of those. We were tired, we were hungry, and angry!!!
I want my money back!! And i will keep report this place and the manager of this place!
