Not as good as it seen on the booking site
We arrived in the evening around 9PM. We booked two rooms, one with 4 adults + one kid (Big room) and the other for a couple. As soon as we checked in, the two guys at the reception requested that I must pay about 10$ for the kid's breakfast. As I booked through hotels.com, I haven't seen such as message from the site. So I refused to pay and asked them to check with hotels.com. The two guys suggested us to change the big room to a much smaller room so that I can skip paying them the 10$. When I saw the room I rejected the idea right away.
The next day when we checked out from the hotel. The day personal at the reception accepted that I should not pay the fee. My experience with the hotel is not very nice. One of the room on the forth floor is located in the front building with no lift. The hotel is not as good as it shows on the booking site. My perception is that they tried to cheat all the time especially the night staffs.
