It was a VERY VERY VERY complicated check in. At the hotel they didn’t know about the reservation and they weren’t expecting us. When I show the person in charge my online reservation and receipt they got mad and tell me they don’t work with Expedia any more because it was hard to get their payment back. They tell me we have to leave or pay cash in that very moment. It was a GREAT disappointment and they insisted we have to leave and that the hotel didn’t work associated with Expedia any more.
At the end I was able to talk with the owner and they let us stay. For my husband and I traveling with out 3 grand children was a TERRIBLE situation. I hope you are able to talk with Casa Azul and fix your problems so it won’t happen to anyone again.
