My sister and I stayed here for a week while on holiday. Staff was super polite and helpful and our room was very clean. I love that the hotel has a garden area in the back it was very pretty there and a nice place to hang out. Overall it was a great place to stay, close to multiple train stations and lots of stores/cafes around for anything you need

Hotel very near transportation, practical if you come by plane via Heathrow o by train Eurostar. I really appreciated when I arrived. I was warmly welcomed by Syed. He gaves me all information that I need. And when I haved to be woken early, Syed informed the next shift. Very Profesional and kind staff. I enjoy my stay in London

Nie and cozy hotel, room quite small so tricky to move around. But generały the hotel has a nice feeling and is very clean. There is a nice Italian restaurant near by and a lot of shops. Area is convenient.

Stopped here while visiting Wembley Stadium for a gig, decided to walk although wouldn’t recommend it alone or at dusk. Great hotel, everything you need, air con, tea, coffee, great value. Shame about breakfast not being available but Rolled Oats is 50m away and a great coffee shop. Parking is restricted but we parked at the station about 70m away.

Great service on small room.

Customer service was good and room was clean however carpet was wet. The room is very small and with very little room to open suitcase or walk… maybe better to replace double bed with single to leave more space? Consider this when booking for a couple … as solo traveller I just put my suitcase on the other side of the bed. It was very close to metro station.

Very clean and friendly

This hotel was extremely clean and pleasant throughout the public areas and in our room. Check in was seamless. There wasn’t a space directly outside the hotel to park, but the car park outside the North Ealing tube station was easily accessible and very cheap at £4.50 a day. The staff were all very friendly and offered good advice regarding local transport that ensured we were able to get to Wembley without any problems.
