We booked 3 family rooms for 3 families and barely an hr away frm touch down, we were informed at short notice that we were being transferred to D1 Mension - Zenity instead due to the rooms leaking warer into neighbouring units as claimed by the email.
We realised the location of the replacement apartment was inconvenient, lota of time wad wasted for the inconvenience of last min relocation, plus extra incurred costs and all the logistic nightmare of re-arranging charters and tours. We totally lost the previously desired convenience and proximity to the Ben Thanh market! Worse still, there was nobody at the reception to attend to us at all when we finally found the place. We had to wait with all our luggages at the small reception area outside the elevators. As a grp of 11 luggages crowding the small area, the security guard was eager to chase us away!! We certainly felt so frustrated and unwelomed.
During the 3 nights' stay, nobody came to clean up the room for us, or gave us a freash supply of towels or refill the water bottles or replenish the tea/coffees bags at all. We have no avenue to ask for help as nobody seems to be stationed at the recep area most of the time.
Other than the above inconveniences, we have also incurred extra transportation costs and wasted time. I hope our experience will serve as a good reference for others considering this hotel for accommodation in HCM.
