The property was fine just the bathroom had a bad odor smell and the check in process was difficult.

I paid for my condo a week in advance. Then the hurricane happened so I canceled my flight and I told them that, I wasn’t gonna stay there anymore they said they could not give me a full refund. Even though I paid for the protection I lost my money and didn’t get to stay there. I also asked if we can move it to a later date and they said no they have horrible service. Very disappointing I lost my money.
