We booked a stay at this apartment and paid in full in July. We arrived in Israel after a long flight from New York, to be told that the apartment was no longer available. This is totally unacceptable behavior on the part of the apartment owner. And they refuse to refund my money, leaving me to have to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to get my money back. It was a disaster; I’m sorry I ever heard of this apartment. Stay far away from this apartment.

This property was amazing! Our group of 11 fit comfortably, had a lovely common area to gather in and space to be quiet and alone...the front patio was pleasant in a quiet neighborhood but just a couple blocks walk from the New Gate in the Old City and only a few more blocks to walk either to Damascus Gate to the East or Jaffa Gate to the southwest. And maybe 6 blocks max to Ben Yehudah Street and about the same to the Artists Colony in the other direction. So accessible!
The manager/owner was very easy to communicate with and very gracious. When we had a brief issue with the wifi they were quick to respond and then to check and see if things had improved.
I would highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future.
