Literally the best, most spectacular views of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Location is a bit tricky, as you have to take a train up from Lauterbrunnen then walk about 6-7 minutes up and down hill to get there,. But it is entirely worth it once Interlacken and other points by train.
Also, this hotel has a wonderful breakfast, with a wide selection of meats, fruits, cheese, breads and cereals. You can tell the staff is extremely meticulous about the set up.
Finally, from what we saw, this hotel is owned and run by the hardest working hotelier in Europe. She was everywhere, and did everything. You could sense a real commitment to accomodating the guests and making them happy.
