Terrible place

Will not stay here again room is small not clean dust next to the bed found a dirty tissue on the floor fire alarm kept going off in the morning disturbing my sleep housekeeping just entered the room while im asleep there was no water or shower for a good couple hours because they was fixing it even though said it would be half an hour overall would never stay here again

Very good situation

Hôtel in a very clean, calm, well situated neighborhood. In the hôtel the desk people are very kind and helpful 24/7. Their hot chocolat is very good. The quality price report is good. The style is spartiate, the cleaning is ok. The bed is very confortable.

The room was not so clean and bath and toilet is just 1m2 stick to the bedside You can smell everything inside the room.

DONT BOOK HERE! Pictures are a total lie. This place is a dump, unsafe in terrible conditions. Rooms are a joke, upon arrival and after going down to the basement to our assigned room we got to a room where we barely fit, the walls had water stained, the shower had mold everywhere, the toilet water had a rim of who knows what color, pinkish. The window was not a window but just a curtain. It looked like they painted themselves because you could see the marks of the brush all over. The front desk guy offered a new room, in newer conditions and it had the same issues except that it was on the top floor without a lift/elevator, we tried another one that you had to go out, it was was in an alley full of trash bags and things. We grabbed our belongings and ran away from this s.. hole. I believe their policy is to send an email after you book indicating they are under “remodeling” and hope it’s ok. When we got to the reception there was a sofa covered with a sheet, yes a sheet and I thought must be because of the construction. When i inquired about the construction, the front desk person wasn't even aware of it and said that there isnt such a thing, so it’s a total LIE!! Immediately i contacted expedia (good thing I had bought a sim card) and they try to processed a cancelation on the spot, however their procedure was to call the property. Expedia called the front desk didn't pick up I saw him ignoring the call and then putting it on silent, the other number they provided was a fax

Sejour dans une chambre hyper désagréable. Nettoyage pas fait. Hygiene laisse a desirer. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans la toilette. Le lit double n'en parlons meme pas , nous etions deux petits corps et malgré cela nous n'avions pas de place. Tele ne fonctionne pas. Jai fait une video de la.chambre dommage que je ne puisse pas la publier. Vraiment desolee pour le personnel qui est vraiment sympathique et tres accueillant mais cela ne nous fait pas oublier notre deception. Je ne conseille donc pas cet établissement. Visiblement des rénovation sont prevus et lannee prochaine ce sera meilleur. Je lespere pour les prpchaib voyageur mais pour notre part nous ny retournerons pas.

Repairs/construction under way. Lot's of noise. Lacks clean towels. I asked for a taxi and the person at the counter told me that the night person would do it and that I would get my taxi at 5AM as I requested. The night person wasn't there and I had to walk to my destination. The owner/manager that I met at my arrival was the only positive thing about this place.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel was under construction and should not be open. When I arrived at the hotel, the construction worker said no one that worked there was in the hotel. Some of the stairs to my room were unfinished ply wood. The door to my room had one splotchy coat of white paint on it and the room number was written in sharpie. The bed was made of lumber. The big large window in the room was open and would not close. No screen in the window and the manager said there was nothing that could be done. The door didn’t lock and a contractor had to come fix it. No garbage can, television, or phone in the room as mentioned in the room description. Very loud construction. The bathroom was the size of a closet. Toilet seat was purposely put on crooked so that both knees didn’t hit the sink when you used it. Outside the bathroom door was a kitchen cupboard handle and on the inside was a folded piece of sand paper screwed to the door. I woke up the first night to a spider crawling on the bed and then seen more outside my door the next day. One morning the door wouldn’t lock and the evening staff that was sleeping on the couch in the lobby when I went down said there was nothing he could do. I said it needed to be fixed by the time I got back as I didn’t want my belongings in an unlocked room to begin with and I said no housekeeping in my room that day. He did not listen. Staff don’t communicate with each other at all. Overpriced “hotel”. Not worth it at all.

This property was centrally located near many great dining options and the Earl’s Court tube station. The property was undergoing renovations during our stay and I imagine it’ll be a great upgrade to the building once completed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London. The proprietor was exceptionally welcoming and helpful as was the staff.

Ceiling came in in the bathroom during the night. Put in a room that was clearly a basement garage, with no curtain. Wallpaper peeling off from the damp, everything damp. TV didn’t work. Unable to use. Neither lock nor door was safe or sufficient. Whole building leaking with water everywhere. This hotel is worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life.

This really shouldn't have been open given the extent of the building works - the property was in a bad state, and I didn't have hot water in my room.

We loved our stay. The location is amazing. Understand what you’re getting before you book. You are paying to stay in one of the most exclusive areas in London. For us, it was well worth it. The staff was great to us.

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen (schaut auch gerne mal außerhalb Expedia nach Rezensionen zu diesem "Hotel") nur anschließen. Es ist mir schleierhaft, dass sich so eine Bruchbude überhaupt als Hotel betiteln darf. Die Rezeption ist eine einzige Baustelle und die Böden, Wände und Möbel sind voller Baustaub. Dieser liegt auch in der Luft und das merkt man spätestens nach dem dritten Atemzug. Im Zimmer angekommen traf mich der Schlag. Ein winziges, dreckiges Bett für angeblich 2 Personen. Ansonsten befindet sich ein kleiner halb kaputter Tisch im Zimmer und das Fenster ist weder dicht, noch schließt es richtig. Aus dem Bad bin ich rückwärts direkt wieder raus. Eine Dixitoilette auf einem Festival ist angenehmer zu betreten. Abgesehen von diesem "Bad-Erlebnis" lag überall im Zimmer ein Schimmelgeruch in der Luft und vom Flur aus sieht man auch die dunklen Schimmelflecken an der Wand. NO WAY! Habe mir nachts dann ein anderes Hotel gesucht und das Exhibition Court 4 storniert. Nochmal: Es ist mir rätselhaft, dass das so vermietet werden darf. Ganz klar KEINE Empfehlung und dieses Hotel ist aufgrund des Schimmels und dem Baustaub keine Erholung und Urlaub, sondern gesundheitsgefährdend und eine sehr große Zumutung. Null Sterne und selbst diese sind zu viel.
