The hotel is beautiful. Unique design and interior, super fun for a family stay. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The only issue was the buffet- we expected more variety for the price we paid. The dinner buffet was really disappointing- food was getting cold and not being refilled. It wasn't many options to choose from either and some dishes seemed they were sitting there gor a while..I know is low season and they dont have many guests, but there should be consistency when it comes to that- at the end of the day you pay same price for the buffet no matter if its low or high season. Best would have been simple and delicious a la carte for dinner, so that way they reduce waste and guests are being served always fresh and warm food. The staff is super friendly tho. I wish only the bartender in the roof top bar gave better service instead of sitting on the phone for an hour, but that's ofcourse is another topic. There are some small things to be worked on, but that doesn't mean that the place is not amazing and the staff doesn't tho the best thay can. Just more focus in the winter season as well.
